A new, revised version of the paper by Jeroen van Veldhoven has been added.

The time schedule for the morning of  1 July has slightly changed. The start of the second day has been postponed by half an hour: registration for late arrivals opens at 9:00, the first PhD sessions now start at 9:30. Check out the revised programme here.
