In order to prepare the conference well and in time, the following deadlines should be respected:

• 1 March 2026: Presenters should have provided their respective network coordinators with the working title of their presentation and (if the working title is not self-explanatory) a description of the key topics
•  8 April 2026: Presenters should have provided the N.W. Posthumus Institute with an abstract of 250 words max.; this abstract will also be included in the programme booklet
• 1 May 2026: Presenters should have sent the full paper version as pdf to the N.W. Posthumus Institute for distribution to the participants. Please note: the papers will be available to conference participants only with instructions not to distribute and/or cite the paper without prior consent of the author(s).
• 21-22 May 2026: Enjoy the conference!
